Everstock started with a simple idea: toy and food amenities should be more than a convenience — they should be a destination. Today we operate 248 dispensing units across 43 locations, including three malls, hotels, sports facilities and many restaurants.

From one machine to a supply network
We started our journey in service by bringing Village Waffles, our sister food-truck business, directly to local venues. Food trucks serve a need - bringing amenities where there are none, to serve customers at events. It was there that we saw an opportunity: venues need more than just food...they need engaging amenities that enhance the customer experience, create excitement, and give people something to enjoy while they wait in line. That's why we carry toys on our food truck, adding smiles to every kids waffle served. That insight led to Everstock: a modern approach to vending designed to bring fun, food, and engagement into underutilized spaces.
What started as a handful of units in a few locations grew into a full-service vending operation spanning from Canmore to Red Deer, and Calgary. Every unit we place is chosen, stocked, and maintained by ourselves — no franchises, no third parties, no shortcuts. Only top level service and professionalism.

How we operate
Here's what goes into keeping every location performing.
Our team visits every location on a scheduled rotation to restock product, ensuring units are always full and appealing. We use several online Vending Management Systems to monitor stock and performance. If empty, we speed up the rotation frequency.
We monitor unit performance and address any technical issues before they become problems for your space, or your customers.
We stay on top of trends in toy capsule and candy categories, rotating product to keep the selection fresh and exciting for repeat visitors.
Polite, reliable and professional with a pragmatic win-win approach. Our equipment isn't right for every space, and we don't mind saying so - we won't push something that doesn't work or fit well.
